SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At VIVID EDITS, we specialize in providing digital video editing services, meaning all deliverables are sent electronically. Below, we outline our delivery process, turnaround times, and policies regarding revisions and file formats.
1. Delivery Method
As a digital service, we do not ship physical products. All completed video projects and files will be delivered via:
Email (Downloadable link)
Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer (as per client preference)
Cloud storage services (upon prior agreement)
Once the final video is completed, a secure download link will be shared with the client via the preferred delivery method.
2. Turnaround Time
The delivery time depends on the complexity of the project and the agreed-upon deadline. Estimated turnaround times are as follows:
Basic Edits – 2 to 4 business days
Advanced Edits (Color Grading, Motion Graphics, VFX, etc.) – 5 to 10 business days
Custom or Large Projects – Timeline will be discussed before project confirmation
Expedited Delivery is available for an additional fee. Clients needing urgent delivery must discuss this before project initiation.
3. Revisions & Final Delivery

Clients are entitled to a limited number of free revisions, as agreed upon before starting the project.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be chargeable at $100 or more per revision.

Final delivery is considered complete once the client approves the final version, and all files are sent via the preferred method.
Once files are delivered, clients are responsible for downloading and storing their files within the given timeframe.
4. Late Delivery Policy
We strive to meet deadlines, but in rare cases where a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
Notify the client immediately about the delay.
Provide a new estimated delivery date.
Offer reasonable compensation if the delay is significant and due to our fault.
However, VIVID EDITS is not responsible for delays caused by:
Late submission of materials or feedback from the client.
Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., platform downtime, file corruption).
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet failures).
5. File Formats & Compatibility
We deliver video projects in industry-standard formats such as:
MP4 (H.264 or H.265, 1080p or 4K)
ProRes (for high-quality professional use, upon request)
Other formats (MOV, AVI, GIF, etc.) upon request
Clients must specify any special format or resolution requirements before the project starts.
6. Download & Storage Policy
Download links will be available for up to 14 days after final delivery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
We do not store project files permanently unless a storage plan is agreed upon.
For long-term storage or file retrieval after 14 days, additional storage fees may apply.
7. No Physical Shipping
Since we provide only digital services, there are:
No shipping fees
No physical delivery tracking
No return shipping or logistics involved
8. Governing Law & Contact Information
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Punjab, India.
