Cancellation And Refund Policy

At VIVID EDITS, we are committed to delivering high-quality video editing services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

1. No Refunds Policy

  • All payments made for video editing services are non-refundable.

  • Once a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

  • Clients are encouraged to review project requirements carefully before making any payments.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If a client cancels a project before work has started, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, deducting administrative and processing fees.

  • Once the editing process has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

  • Clients who fail to provide necessary materials or feedback within 7 days of project initiation may have their project put on hold without a refund.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will only be provided in the following exceptional cases:

If a prior written agreement between VIVID EDITS and the client explicitly allows a refund.
If VIVID EDITS is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances.

If a refund is mandated by applicable laws in India.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.

4. Service Adjustments Instead of Refunds

  • If a client is dissatisfied with the work delivered, we may offer reasonable revisions to address concerns.

  • Each project includes a set number of free revisions (as agreed upon before the project starts).

  • Extra revisions beyond the included ones may be charged at $100 or more per revision, as per the signed agreement.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Clients must not initiate chargebacks through their payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us.

  • Any unauthorized chargeback may result in legal action and a permanent ban from future services.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • If a client has a complaint or dispute regarding services rendered, they must first contact us at email below to attempt a resolution.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably within 7 business days.

  • If the dispute remains unresolved, legal action may be pursued under applicable laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
